WHAT:

   Individual sessions, team sessions, presentations, and workshops working towards achieving a high performance mindset. Strengthen weaknesses and fine tune strengths.

WHEN:

Regular 45-60 min meetings in person, via phone call, or via video chat.

HOW:

Learn and fine tune mental skills through structured meetings and collaborative effort, such as:

  • Teamwork
  • Imagery
  • Focus
  • Self-Awareness
  • Self-talk
  • Maintaining Confidence
  • Energy Regulation
  • Breathing Techniques
  • Stress and Anxiety Management
  • Performance Routines
  • Mentally Recovering from Injury

WHO:

You. Your team or group. And me. Working together towards meeting your performance objectives.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

An initial free 30 minute consultation to make sure we are a good fit and discuss where you are, where you would like to be, how I can help you get there. We'll devise an action plan, set a meeting schedule, and start executing that plan through collaboration, trial, and error.
