What to Expect 


New clients can expect an initial consultation to gather information, ask questions, and make sure we are a good fit. Once we’re ready to move forward, we’ll choose a package plan, coordinate our meeting schedule, devise an action plan, and get started on the path towards positive change.

Through collaborative and interactive meetings, you will learn, fine tune, and apply customized mental skills for your life and performance endeavors, that have been tailored specifically for you. Each initial package of 10 sessions will allow us to build trust and awareness, which is essential for the evolution and growth of developing your performance mindset. 

Our flexible model allows for a variety of meeting spaces based on individual needs. We offer regularly scheduled collaborative sessions via phone call, virtual video call, or in person (COVID restrictions may apply).

Recurring clients can expect year round support, accountability, and guidance.
