The vision of Mind Fit Performance LLC started after experiencing many injuries and surgeries during my collegiate soccer and softball career. While rehabbing back to health and sport, I realized a major missing piece on my road to recovery was support in rebuilding my mindset post-injury. Recovering mentally from my injuries proved harder than the physical journey, and thus my path towards becoming a Mental Performance Consultant began. 

Being an athlete and experiencing injuries solidified what I already knew; mentality plays a major factor, both positively and negatively, for optimal performance in both sport and life. I wanted to become an expert in this field and provide the help and guidance to others I wish I had during my athletic performance journey. 

I believe in the power of the mind, it’s connection to the body, and that the right mindset can unlock potential and optimize performance in both sport and life.

I look forward to working together with you on your performance journey! 

  There is no off season when it comes to mentality. We’re all on a journey to find the mindset that works best for us in our respective endeavors.
